我校-韩国岭南大学-九州大学三边国际研讨会是在每年一度的我校-岭南大学双边研讨会的基础上发展而来的。第1-3届我校-韩国岭南大学-九州大学三边国际研讨会分别在中国、韩国及日本举行。根据三方达成的协议,第四届将在我校举办。会议将于2017年6月23日上午9:00在J楼102正式开幕,欢迎观大师生前往参加。具体会议议程附后。
绿色化学又称环境无害化学、环境友好化学、清洁化学。绿色化学即利用化学的原理、技术和方法减少或消灭对人类健康、社会安全、生态环境有害的原料、催化剂、溶剂、试剂、产物、副产物等的使用和产生。当前,人类正面临着有史以来最严重的环境危机,突出表现为十大环境问题:大气污染、全球变暖、臭氧层破坏、海洋污染、淡水资源紧张和污染、土地退化和荒漠化、森林锐减、生物多样性减少、酸雨日趋严重、有毒化学品和危险废物。近10多年来,绿色化学和清洁生产技术已成为世界各国政府关注的最重要问题之一,也是各国企业界及学术界极感兴趣的重要研究领域。政府的直接参与,国际交流密切结合,促进了绿色化学的蓬勃发展。1992年在联合国和世界银行的帮助下,我国已逐步开始清洁工艺的理论研究和实际应用,目前已取得一定成效。但在随后的几年里绿色化学在国内并没有受到应有的重视,直至1995年绿色化学问题才受到重视并提到议程上来。中国科学院化学部确定了《绿色化学与技术》的院士咨询课题,并建议科技部组织调研,将绿色化学与技术研究工作列入"九五"基础研究规划。绿色化学的理想在于不再使用有毒、有害的物质,不再产生废物处理废物。它是一门从源头上阻止污染的化学。绿色化学是一门具有明确的社会需求和科学目标的新兴交叉学科。从科学观点看,绿色化学是对传统化学思维方式的更新和发展;从环境观点看,绿色化学从源头上消除污染;从经济观点看,绿色化学合理利用资源和能源、降低生产成本,符合经济可持续发展的要求。
清洁生产,从环境保护的角度看,它是国际社会在工业污染治理经验教训的基础上提以的一种环境预防的战略措施。从生产发展的角度看,它是对传统生产方式的根本变革。随着清洁生产实践的不断深入,其定义一再更新,不仅适均于生产过程的污染防治,而且其原则和方法又逐步扩展到服务、产品过程,向着产品和服务生命周期的全过程控制发展,并正在全方位地冲击影响着环境保护、社会经济、法制建设、宣传教育、金融贸易、消费行为等各个领域,朝着建立循环经济和循环社会推进。
本次会议在绿色化学与清洁生产方向下,在多学科领域,对防止污染、提高反应的原子经济性、无害化学合成、设计安全化学品、采用安全的溶剂和助剂、提高能源经济性、利用可再生资源合成化学品、减少衍生物、采用高选择性的催化剂、设计可降解化学品、预防污染的现场实时分析、防止生产事故的安全工艺等方面展开讨论与合作。会议的形式包括座谈会、演讲报告及课题海报宣传等。
